    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, &lt;BR /&gt;At a customer's they have a certificate directly on the browsers of their workstation to increase the security. &lt;BR /&gt;When they want to connect to Qlikview from the access point, they manage to connect through the certificate and everything is fine. &lt;BR /&gt;However, when they want to retrieve a license from their desktop, they can't open the access point and enter their information in the certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This was possible before we upgraded from 11.2 to May 2022. &lt;BR /&gt;Do you have an idea of what could be the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;What is the difference between connecting to the access point from the desktop or directly from the browser? &lt;BR /&gt;What is the default browser for Qlikview desktop?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
