Could not delete inactive user from QlikSense

Hi Team,

We are trying to delete inactive users from our QlikSense environment.

For few users it is giving "violation of uniqueness constraint error".

We could not delete those users.

Please advise on the steps to remediate this.

Hello @TusharDev_Qlik , you can try using Qlik-CLI or the QRS API as described here:https://support.qlik.com/articles/000028656

How much time passed between the users being marked as inactive and your attempt to remove these users? It could be there was a delay, so I recommend retrying through the QMC now that time has passed.

@Jay_Brown we found it that one of the object with owner as that inactive account causing the problem in Delete user operation. We have changed ownership of all the objects and then deleted the inactive user successfully.
