&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to solve a problem with Monitoring Apps for some time now with no success&lt;BR /&gt;I have recently joined a company that uses Qlik and when I try to access the monitoring app, no information is shown. I saw that the last data reload was ... April 23rd 2019! So I guess it has never worked.&lt;BR /&gt;I have also checked the "Reload Operations Monitor" task and it's in "Failed" status. It looks like it has never worked (they run every hour).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Could you confirm the Apps are reloaded on a Virtual proxy that uses Windows authentication?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually such articles solves 99% of such situation with that error &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
