Is there a way to create a new user in the qmc without direct access to the server?

I want to do some permission testing. I have administrator rights, but not access to the general user directory.

Have you tried to use Excel to synch users?

I know it used to work if you added local user to the (Windows) server. The user would be added to Qlik Sense when he/she logged in, but I haven't tested it in later versions.
