    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am wondering if anyone else here may have had a similar issue and could offer some advice. We have installed Qlik Sense Server on its own Virtual Server which went fine and it was running and working. When we attempted to install an SSL certificate for use with a new sub-domain we wanted to use to access our Dashboards, everything broke. When we open the Qlik Management Console all options are greyed out and we cannot do anything. We have some network consultants working on it but are unable to figure this issue out, we had them attempting to use this fix - found in another thread (&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;&lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.qlik.com/thread/144840"&gt;http://community.qlik.com/thread/144840&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;), with no luck. He said that he could not get past step 3 because of the Console being all greyed out and unable to click anything.
