Security Rule for Developing in Streams

Hello Qlik Experts,

i have created some security rules, where users are allowed to develop in a specific developer stream.

The idea behind this is that there are not an unnecessarily infinite number of apps. And there is only one app, on which several users with certain rights work on the frontend/backend in parallel. I managed to make it so that certain users can open/read/edit the script editor. But in the frontend i am still missing two panels (fields, variable).

Is there any security rule that says, that users with the development property are allowed to see these panels?
