Create new Stream default rule

I'd like to write a new stream rule which affects all the streams as the old one except for one stream called "Report".

Do you have an idea what I should right in the advanced conditions section of the security rule ?

This is what I tried but it doesn't work :

(resource.resourcetype = "App" and stream.name!="Report" and resource.stream.HasPrivilege("read")) or ((resource.resourcetype = "App.Object" and app.stream.name != "Report" and resource.published ="true" and resource.objectType != "app_appscript" and resource.objectType != "loadmodel") and resource.app.stream.HasPrivilege("read"))
