Schedule analydic app reloads based on data services events

Hello Everyone,

I noticed a brand new qlik saas feature (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Apps/reloading-apps-cloud-hub.htm#anchor-1)

My question is that for each front end app that I have I have two back-end application

Front End App --> Backen app (level 2) --> back-end app (level 1 - snowflake data base)

Level 1 and 2 back-end application generate qvd data for the next app.

My question is i would like to use this feature based on the following:

Whenever qvd from level 1 is updated then app 2 start to load.

Whenever qvd from level 2 app is updated then app 3 loads.

I know that i can use qlik app automation to do that. But as it has a high consumption level, i would like to find other ways

Hi,

You will still need to use automation for your use case. Also, in terms of updating Qvd vs App, You can only load the app, and another app will follow as soon as the first app is updated. Again, we can only able to do it at the app level.
