Disabling Product Announcement Notifications

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a way to disable the product announcements that pops up when you open Qlik Sense after there has been a product update.

In some cases, Tenant Admins would like to be prepared for any questions that may arise from new features.

Hello @wcilliers I am not sure I am getting what you would like to disable as you mention: "In some cases, Tenant Admins would like to be prepared for any questions that may arise from new features." at the end, so then maybe it is better if they are aware of new features (being enabled)? Or maybe you mean to disable it for all users except Tenant Admins so they could have time to prepare about the new features and ask potential questions to the users? Thanks!

As @Patricia_Silva already explain the scenario. And if you like to disable the notifications on your tenant then please open a support ticket.

Hi All,

I have logged a ticket with support and they told me that there is no way to disable this currently. They did however suggest I load it as an idea, so that it could be added as functionality. So I will do that.
