How to configure QlikSense Governance Dashboard?

Recently downloaded QlikSense Governance Dashboard, but not sure how to configure it as we do it in QlikView Governance Dashboard to optimize a single QlikSense Dashboard.

Here is the link from which I have downloaded Qlik Sense Governance dashboard:

I have following questions:

1. Can we optimize a single qvf in QlikSense Governance Dashboard in Qlik Sense Enterprise environment?

2. Is connecting to QMC an important step to analyse a single qvf for performance optimization?

3. Is there any other way to tune QVF Performance?

4. What are predefined variables present in QlikSense that we can use to scan a qvf to rate it for its performance metrics?
