Qlikview opened like RemoteApp - select Report drop down is greyed out

Hi,

first of all sorry for my English...

we have installed qlikview on a server and users use qlik as a RemoteApp from their clients.

With this opening mode, reports cannot be used, they are grayed out.

In the document properties - Server folder - the field "allow server reports" is already flegged.

if I open the file directly from the client, by accessing the server's shared folder, it works. Only with remoteApp access i have the problem.

How can i solve?

Beside the document-properties server-objects needs to enabled within the QMC - globally and also on the document-level. Further there must be an appropriate pdf-printer be installed and configured on the server.
