As per my knowledge, Qlik Sense provides access at AD groups level from the custom properties of the app and not at a user level. I tried using <STRONG><A href="http://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/1.1/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Scripting/Security/SectionsInTheScript.htm" target="_blank">Managing Security using Section Access </A>‌</STRONG>to restrict access but even in that case, the user can at least view the app in the stream.
