Hello guys!

I want to give some permissions to a specific user: for example, i want him to be able to edit a published app (create a new sheet and create new visuals) but not to delete/modify existing dimensions/measures. Wondering if it's possible to define some dimensions/measures that he will be able to see and use. Is this achievable by implementing security rules? and if yes, any hints? Thanks!

Hi,

You need disable default "Stream" rule first and create two set of custom rules:

1. (create a new sheet and create new visuals)

2. other users

or might be third set of admin or internal users.

Each set of security rules would have three set of rules, stream, apps and app objects.
