Strange errors happening in QlikSense

Recently, we starts to encountered errors in QlikSense where users noticed these

- no apps in the streams (when there were 20 of them)

- qliksense engine not found

though we have escalated to the infra team and they did a restart of the QlikSense services as well as server which may or may not work. The above errors happened again on the next day.

Any body know what is the cause and solution to it?

Have you installed anti virus software and now you have a problem?

all along we have an anti virus software installed on the server (sophos) to be exact

definitely is correct. we restarted the server a hour ago and it works now. however i believe it will come back with the same problem again for tomorrow....
