Not able to download any dashboard / sheets to Excel within office 365 but could before.

Was able to download dashboard / sheets to excel within office 365 but now not able to. This is just one user. Cleared cache and did a reboot of the PC still no luck. This just stopped.

Person just gets the message something went wrong, please try again.

@SDeLa131 what version is QlikView?

Check the QVS logs any warnings for this?

We are using Qlik Cloud version

Why would it be Qlikview when we have Qlik https://wtqsense.us.qlikcloud.com is our URL? We moved from Qlikview on prem to go to Qlik in the cloud.

I did an update and after that the user was able to download the data again.
