Qlik Sense SSL URL Inaccessible

Hi Support,

After updated Proxy.exe.config to test websocket and revert the change, I cannot access the Qlik Sense SSL URL (e.g. open https://abc.com but cant access at https://abc.com:4244/internal_windows_authentication/?targetId=<guid>).

All configs appear correct. We only able to access via ip address.

What i have checked:

@fatinfazrizanor what version of QS?

So the config file is reverted back correct?

Maybe use Dev Tools in your browser what message does it show when you try opening that URL?

Hi David,

We use May 2025 QlikSense version.

The config is reverted back correctly, we replaced to the original file.

I checked the Dev Tools in Network tab, it just show status is failed)net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

I noticed, the link is successful until https://abc.com which is use port 443, but get error when proceed to authentication https://abc.com:4244/internal_windows_authentication/?targetId=<guid> which use port 4244, but i confirm port 4244 is accessible.

update: We just repair the QlikSense program and it back to normal.
