&lt;P&gt;Maybe use Dev Tools in your browser what message does it show when you try opening that URL?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Support,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updated&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Proxy.exe.config to test websocket and revert the change, I &lt;STRONG&gt;cannot access the Qlik Sense SSL URL&lt;/STRONG&gt; (e.g. open &lt;A href="https://abc.com&amp;nbsp;but" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://abc.com&amp;nbsp;but&lt;/A&gt; cant access at &lt;A target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://abc.com:4244/internal_windows_authentication/?targetId=&amp;lt;guid&amp;gt;&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All configs appear correct. We only able to access via ip address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i have checked:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ssl cert is still valid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;re-apply thumbprint in proxies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted all Qlik services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;the url listed in hostwhitelist&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port 4244 is open&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi David,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use May 2025 QlikSense version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The config is reverted back correctly, we replaced to the original file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the Dev Tools in Network tab, it just show&amp;nbsp;status is failed)net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed, the link is successful until&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://abc.com%20but/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://abc.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which is use port 443, but get error when proceed to authentication&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://abc.com:4244/internal_windows_authentication/?targetId=&amp;lt;guid&amp;gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which use port 4244, but i confirm port 4244 is accessible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
