Im Getting this error when I try upgrade PostgreSQL stand alone with the 2025 May release; 2025-07-09 17:04:08.892 +02:00 [ERR] Error! UnhandledException caught: Error! Hi,

To upgrade a standalone PostgreSQL Repository DB, you can simply use the PostgreSQL executable not the QPI. It'll be smooth.
