    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, I was trying to upgrade from Aug 2023 to May 2025 and it failed. We are using Azure managed PostgreSQL and it was recently upgraded to 16.9. The upgrade went till Service Dispatcher and then rollback started. But its completed corrupted now and I can't see any services except printing service. We are trying to do a OS restore and meanwhile I want to understand why it has failed. I can only find generic error from the service dispatcher log. Below is the log files created.
