We are using Azure managed PostgreSQL and it was recently upgraded to 16.9. The upgrade went till Service Dispatcher and then rollback started. But its completed corrupted now and I can't see any services except printing service. We are trying to do a OS restore and meanwhile I want to understand why it has failed. I can only find generic error from the service dispatcher log. Below is the log files created.
