    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Kim,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the log it shows the Qlik Sense version number as 1.1.0.0.&amp;nbsp; I would try downloading the latest release (V2.0.2) and retrying the installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, can you confirm if you ran this using elevated privileges (right click &amp;gt; Run As Administrator) as the log file shows it was run in an "unelevated" state and this may have also contributed to the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having problems then I would recommend a call to support. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rod&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
