I can able to access the hub in locally and some public network.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kumar you must check with you network team if there's any other device in the middle that might be the cause, maybe you might have the ports open within windows, the network component is blocking it. I would use wireshark to see whats your network touching.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;gio&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
