installation problem with sense 2.0 desktop

i'm trying to install sense 2.0 desktop on my windws 7 64bit, i've already installed qlikview and i had also sense 1.0

i've installed the MS framework

i've reboot and launched again installation

AN ERROR AS OCCURRED

could someone help me

Do you mean you had Qlik Sense 1.0 Server installed or Qlik Sense 1.1 Desktop?

Hi Stefano,

try this - I have seen this before but it varies on different machines.

completely uninstall Qlik Sense Desktop all versions
manually download and install .net framework 4.5.2 Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1…
reboot your machine
install Qlik Sense Desktop 2.0.1 - make sure file size is: (if not download new copy)

i had two installations of sense 1 on my computer, i removed it and the installation works fine
