View Qliksense application in External IP

Hi Friends,

Any one has document or information how to access the Qlik Sense Server application on the external IP like in qlikview we can access on access point.

Anand,

if your goal is to connect to the Qlik Sense server hub from a system that has an internal and an external ip, you need to specify the appropriate routes on your network routers to translate the externalIP request for qlik sense content to the internal ip. Not really a Qlik Sense issue per se.

Are you able to provide more context to the challenge you are experiencing and the problem you are trying to solve?

Thanks yes you got it correctly my need is this i have to view the qliksense hub outside of the qliksense server for other locations. i am recently using the ports below are the details:-

Service listen port HTTPS:- 443

Authentication listen port HTTPS:- 4244

REST APT listen port:- 4243

Service Listen port HTTP:- 80

Authentication listen port HTTP:- 4248

Kindly provide the details please how to access the Qlik Sense Server HUB file outside the environment with the help of the External IP i guess. And i think this are the by default ports for the Qlik Sense.

Basically, it's going to boil down to how your network is set up and the appropriate use of certificates to trust the communication.

This link discusses changing server certificate used by Qlik Sense server to use a real cert instead of the self-signed cert. http://help.qlik.com/sense/en-US/online/#../Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/ServerUserGuide/SUG_ConfiguringSecurity_Deployment_AddingProxyCert.htm

There isn't anything special from a Qlik Sense perspective to make the server available externally. That is entirely a network configuration component of the deployment. Like I said before, you need to set up a route from the external IP to the internal IP and then have the appropriate ports (443 definitely and 80 if you are ok with http) to facilitate the end to end communication.
