    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Qlik Sense (version 2.1) trial deployment on an AWS server and have tested it at multiple client sites and internally and it works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However 1 client is getting this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="MC no page issue.gif" class="jive-image image-1" src="/legacyfs/online/108306_MC no page issue.gif" style="height: 280px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my AWS deployment I have security rules like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;INBOUND&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="inbound.PNG" class="jive-image image-2" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/108307_inbound.PNG" style="height: 185px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and OUTBOUND&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="outbound.PNG" class="jive-image image-3" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/108308_outbound.PNG" style="height: 141px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not very IT savvy but this looks like an firewall blockage on the client end does it not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am wondering if anyone has had experience in this area at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
