      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;Not sure where to post this but I am having issues starting apps after I have had them open once already. If I do a full restart of machine then all seems to be ok but if I close and retry to open apps I just get the bubble loading screen till they time-out. Will also happen sometimes switching from data loader to app and back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;Can anyone please assist, thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Followed instructions for port settings and all good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
