QMC - Adding AD groups to UDC

Hi,

I am trying to add an AD group to QMC, and the Additional LDAP Filter, and Path is been set respectively. the UDC also get successfully updated. The issue here is, the AD group contains almost 13 users, of which only 9 users am able to see under the Users tab from QMC home page. Out of this 9 users, we have default profiles available - please see the file attached. I'm wondering how to resolve this issue, as i have tried all possible ways to reset, delete and reconfigure. Any help on this will be much appreciated.

PATH: LDAP://company.local

Add. LDAP filter :(objectClass=group)(memberOf=CN=QlikApp-Users,OU=Groups,OU=SOM1,OU=NA,DC=company,DC=local)

Maybe you can check the AD whether the path is correct?

And you can try this instead:

(&(objectCategory=user)(memberOf=CN=QlikApp-Users,OU=Groups,OU=SOM1,OU=NA,DC=company,DC=local))
