Qlik sense Authentication

Hi, I have a problem in the authentication process on our installation qlik sense enterprise.

I created a new user directory connector (UDC) through generic LDAP connection with our authentication system (OpenLdap on MACServer OSX10.10 ).

I set the strings for load users on Qlik sense. (Annex)

LDAP charge properly all users.

I configured the users and assigned the tokens to users.

But when i'm going to /HUB the system returns error unauthenticated user.

I don't know how but for only one user we have managed to create access and working properly.

Can you help me to trace the process?
