Qlik Sense Log out error

Hi,

Qlik Sense hub works perfectly fine and I can explore the application without any issues. But when I try to log out, I get the following error:

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this error and how can I get rid of it?

Qlik Sense server version is 2.1.1.0

Hi Waqas,

Are you trying to open the hub on an apple device?

If so, yes you will be getting this error. To rectify this, check the "Allow HTTP" check box in the Proxies settings from the QMC and restart the QlikSense Repository Database service. Doing this will help you over come the issue.

You not face this issue when opened through an Android device.

thanks for your reply

this error is actually coming when I try to log out from QlikSense Hub on Windows laptop.

im using Forms for authentication rathar than Windows.
