QlikSense error Repository Service

Hi friends, I have a problem with Qlik Sense.

When I go to the hub, this error displays

And in the Management Console my Allocate Users gone!

And if I try enter to "User access allocations" the next error appears

My Repository Log shows the next error:

License maintenance unexpected exception. Type: EntityCommandExecutionException. Message: An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details.. Source: EntityFramework

And my Proxy Service Log shows the next error:

Command=Open connection;Result=-2146233079;ResultText=Error: Unable to connect to the remote server

Anyone knows how solve this issue?
