How to re-attach a RIM node?

Does anyone have a solution to how to re-attach a RIM node, after deleting it, without re-installing it?

The help says:

"To be able to add a deleted node to a cluster, you must first remove the certificates from the node and reinstall Qlik Sense. When you uninstall Qlik Sense, select the option Remove Qlik Sense certificates and data folders. You can also manually delete the C:\ProgramData\Qlikfolder."

Hi Ralf

Thanks for your response but as I questioned, 'without re-installing it'

Btw, I ended up having to re-install all 4 of them I contacted Qlik and they couldn't come up with an answer, so I hinted that such a feature could be something to have in 3.0

I know my response wasn't what you hoped for, but unfortunately it's the only answer for the time being.
