    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not an easy error as it doesn't give much info, but... did it ever work on that PC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried right clicking the Setup and executing it ! as administrator?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you have on the logs? They're located in:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the files are in the format:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlik_Sense_Desktop_YYYYMMDDHHSS.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlik_Sense_Desktop_YYYYMMDDHHSS_2_SenseDesktop.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlik_Sense_Desktop_YYYYMMDDHHSS_3_DemoApps.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carlos Silva&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

My operation system is windows 8.1. What can I do? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error: "Qlik Sense Desktop works no longer.It is looking for a solution to this problem.
