Qlik Sense Administration - Deallocation access user in quarantined

Hello,

I have a problem to deallocate an access allocation user.

When I have deallocate this user, it has been switch in quarantined. But, since this action, the quarantined still and the user name has disapeared, so I can't deallocate and I can't reallocate.

You could find the screens shot enclosed.

Do you have a solution to fix this bug ?

Hi Sylvain,

did you already delete the user? because if you delete the user in QMC it appears as blank and still quarantined.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I think I had already deleted the user (but I'm not sure because I can't see the name of this quarantined user).

So, I have re-installed Qlik and it is working fine now.

However, I have a question about this. My installation is connected with a Ldap. If we delete a user on the ldap before deallocate this user on Qlik we will have the same pb ?
