Qlik Sense 3.0 does not work!!

I just have upgrade to Qlik Sense 3.0 and it just opens a black page

I don´t know how to solve the problem?

Where could I get the old version?

Have you tried to repair the installation? I had some issues, but after relaunching the installation and chose repair, it seems to work better.

Yeah, I don't know why, but every time I upgrade to a new version it doesn't work until I run the Repair and then it runs fine. Also, you can download earlier versions of Qlik Sense from their download page, but I don't think you can downgrade using that installation media, you would need to just replace the software.

Hi Carlos,

Try to get the latest version. I had a collegue of mine that had the same issue. When I downloaded the lastest version on my computer, it worked!

Do you mean the 3.0 version that it avaiable in the Qlik Sense site?

I already tried to install and repair multiple times without success

I had to install the 2.2.4 version again and it is working fine

I do not if there a new security protocol that I need to solve to make the 3.0 version work.

Hello again,

I mean the 3.0 version that is avaible from Qlik site. If you downloaded after complete the formulary with your informations, then there is a chance that the new version will work on your PC.

Did you try to download again? If not, try it again today.

In my computer worked fine without any problem.

If that don't work, try to move all apps from your previous version to a temporary folder and then move back again to the right folder and delete the temporary folder.

Hope this solves yout issue.

Did you kill the Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher process in the task manager?

When done, go to windows menu / Qlik Sense / Qlik sense desktop (not the one shortcut installed during setup) or go

to C:\Users\[yourUserName]\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\QlikSenseBrowser

and right-click "Run as an administrator".

Same problem here... (after uograde)

Did a complete uninstall, and full install... then Sense started once... second time same issue...
