Qlik Sense 3 error when offline

Hi guys,

I upgraded my Qlik Sense Desktop from 2.2.4 version to 3.0, but I'm facing a issue. Every time I turn my laptop offline (withou Internet access) Qlik Sense 3 did not start and show the following error: "The service did not respond or could not process the request", as you can see in the attachment.

I've tried unistall, reinstall, install from the beginning and nothing seems to be the solution. Anyone know what could be happening?

Confirm the same behavior. Pretty annoying... Especially when it strikes you one hour before the visit to a major client...

It is a bug, but it will be fixed in the 3.0.1 version, as somebody told me it will be release in a few days.

Hi Maria, do you know if this bug was fixed in the new release of 3.1 ? I haven't seen any notification in the release notes :

yesterday I used my Qlik Sense desktop 3.01 without internet, so I think they killed the bug!!!

Bug still exists. Got it on 3.0.1 server as well. Now I have a dead box thank heavens it's only the dev box
