      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my customer tried to install Qlik Sense but failed, the below error prompted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;IMG alt="2016-08-26 14_17_59-Microsoft Office 2010.jpg" class="jive-image image-1" src="/legacyfs/online/135647_2016-08-26 14_17_59-Microsoft Office 2010.jpg" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;The customer is running on Windows 7 64 bits, and he install Qlik Sense with administrator rights, the same message prompt when installing and uninstalling Qlik Sense. &lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d; font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;I’ve attached the Log file for reference.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Does anyone have idea how to solve it? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Thank you!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
