I am attaching the log file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[2074:176C][2016-09-13T15:15:26]i000: Registry key not found. Key = 'SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{F319934C-1C5E-4B89-9A8E-DDF1C54A040E}'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[2074:176C][2016-09-13T15:15:26]i000: Setting numeric variable 'QlikViewDesktop10X64SrcToSr5' to value 0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[2074:176C][2016-09-13T15:15:54]e000: Error 0x80070005: Failed to write run key value.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[2074:176C][2016-09-13T15:15:54]e000: Error 0x80070005: Failed to update resume mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[2074:176C][2016-09-13T15:15:54]e000: Error 0x80070005: Failed to begin registration session.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[2074:176C][2016-09-13T15:15:54]e000: Error 0x80070005: Failed to register bundle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a message in the log that says "Existing version detected".&amp;nbsp; Please make sure the current ones are uninstalled, before installing the latest Qlik Sense desktop. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
