Upgrade my 3.0.2 to 3.1 with QS CleanUp Script

and faced with problem- can't open HUB. And see error "cannot get engine services from the repository service for the following app: _hub"

i'm faced with this problem on one of my QS server's.

in Chrome console see error require.js?1472558351312:44 GET http://fly.myhost.com/api/hub/about 500 (?? ??????? ???????? ?????? Engine Service ?? ?????? Repository Service ??? ?????????? ??????????: __hub)

install 3.0.2 and restore from backup.

and fail again.

But with new error

require.js?1470918351130:44 GET http://fly/api/hub3/privileges 500 (?? ??????? ???????? ?????? Engine Service ?? ?????? Repository Service ??? ?????????? ??????????: __hub)

i'm found its happens because Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher not works properly

log's ended with error

c:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\BrokerService\

ERROR

Exception: Error: listen EADDRINUSE :::4900

and

c:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\HubService\

0.5.28

ERROR

Fatal error when starting the HubService ,Error: listen EADDRINUSE :::9028

Thereis no any Firewall in my server. And try Disable IPv6 - not helped for me
