QS Ent. 3.1 - Mixed content error when logging out

Hi all.

I just upgraded to Qlik Sense Enterprise 3.1.

We are now getting a mixed content error in all browsers when a user tries to log out of the hub. The console error in Chrome is:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://qlik.example.com/login/hub/my/work' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://qlik.example.com/login/qps/user'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS. | require.js?1473324975202:44

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://qlik.example.com/login/qps/user. Failed to start loading. | require.js?1473324975202:44

We are doing SSL offloading with two loadbalancers in front of two Qlik consume nodes. When logging directly into the proxy on the consume node, everything works fine.

This was working before the 3.1 upgrade. Anyone else having issues like this?
