      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to enable access to the Hub through an external IP address.&amp;nbsp; I added the following to the Host White List.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;&amp;lt;Public IP&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://192.237.175.136/hub" title="https://192.237.175.136/hub"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;https://&amp;lt;PublicIP&amp;gt;/hub&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://192.237.175.136/hub" title="https://192.237.175.136/hub"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;https://&amp;lt;PublicIP&amp;gt;/hub/my/work&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I go to the url (i.e &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://PublicIP/hub" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://PublicIP/hub&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) from outside the network, I am prompted the login screen. When I enter my credentials, I do see all of my apps.&amp;nbsp; However, I cannot access any apps.&amp;nbsp; When I select one, I just continually see the popping Qlik Sense circles.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am close...&amp;nbsp; Can someone please provide the QMC configuration that I am missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
