Not able to install Qlik Sense

Hi,

I have tried to install Qlik Sense on my computer, unsuccessfully.

I receive this error 0x81f403e8 message despite the fact that I have .NET 4 CLR on Windows 7 RTM.

Our office IT-help desk was unable to solve this issue, so I’m hoping for your help.

Hi Samaneh,

Think you should check the attached link:

Error installation: Qlik sense 2.0

your are running Windows 7 RTM which means there is no Service Pack installed. Please install Windows 7 SP1 and then try to install Sense Desktop again. SP1 for Windows 7 is a system requirement for running Qlik Sense.
