Connection negotiation as server failed

Hello Everyone,

In our servers we are mostly seeing the error and warnings in proxy logs as below.

Audit.Proxy.Qlik.Sense.Communication.Communication.Tcp.StreamFactory

Error during stream authentication as server

connection negotiation as server failed

Can somebody suggest how to come over this kind of warnings

I got the same Issue, seems like nobody knows how to fix this, Did you raise a support ticket?

I've been told by Qlik Support, that this could be cause by e.g. NetScaler polling the Qlik server to check if it is alive.

And NetScaler (or maybe another type of reverse proxy, or load balancer) in not completing the handshake (or something).

I have not been able to confirm this.

Can this be the case for in your situation?

F5 Networks reverse proxy was polling port 80 for health check. Changed it to 443 and it disappeared.
