Single configurator Sheets doesn't keep current selection

Hi there,

Using Server version SR1.

We created a web page where Qlik sheets are embedded into our basic HTML page (on iframe)

I have properly set the Single configurator (i guess) i order to keep surrent selection between the different sheets.

The strange thing coming, when opening Our HTML page, we can navigate through sheets. Selection bar always cleaned between pages.

BUT, i noticed that when i open this Web page Twice (on same computer, or on 2 different computer) in that case, it works as expected , selection bad keeps the selection between pages ...Strange isn't it ?

Of course opening 2 tab on browser is not a good looking way.

Do you have any idea?

Hi,

if you are in same case as me.

normally if you open your WebPage TWICE (the page where there is the Iframe) on your web browser,

you should discover with surprize that Qlik conserving your selection 😉

Of course that's not a Solution !

but if that the case, then the thing to do is "easy" on your HTML page make not One, but 2 iframe (of course the 2nd iframe must be hidden by using any way : reduce size to 1 px, or using CSS with display : none...)

It should fix your issue
