Urgent help needed please (Sheet level management QS)

Hi All,

I have followed this example step by step but I am not sure where i'm doing wrong,

What i have is 4 different streams and in one of the streams i have 5 users access this stream, this app has 5 sheets, I want only 1 user out of these 5 users to see sheet5 including the other 4 , and the other 4 users can see only the other 4 sheets .

but the problem I am facing is; when I apply the User1 to see Sheet5 in the security rule, it either hides all from all other users including all other streams or it shows all sheets to all users.

Please help how can I achieve this.
