Hello,

I have a user directory connection set up to an ldap server. It is sync'ing fine and I have assigned tokens, but the users are still not able to log in. I've checked the ldap logs, I see it responding to the request, and I'm certain the password is correct.

Can anyone provide any guidance on what might be wrong or how I can go about troubleshooting this problem?

Thank you,

Tanya
