Is it available in Tasks' list or greyed out? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to check logs directly on the server (..\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log). &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I would also recommend to restart the services and check if you have enough space on the drive where logs above are stored... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vlad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Operations Monitor App always in Started</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have met a issue about Operations Monitor App in QS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it becomes 2.08G, and it always be in Started status and can not finish after I click "Start",&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does it reload recently several month log file or total log file in server？&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and will it affects other tasks if it always in Started status?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you kindly help me, thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I use version 3.0 SR1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
