Custom Security rule QMC - reload task

Hi,

I need to create a custom security rule for a user.

The user should:

see 2 specific streams within the hub
access to the QMC and run the reload tasks

I've created a security rule with:

Stream_ID1 and Stream_ID2
ReloadTask_*
QmcSection_Task
QmcSection_ReloadTask

The user can see the 2 streams correctly within the hub, but he can't reload any task within QMC.

Hi Giancarlo,

Did you try with the ContentAdmin rights? To give this "rights" you only have to go to the QMC->Users->Edit the user->Give the ContentAdmin rights, here is the image that shows how to do:

Creating Team administrators in Qlik Sense

This document outlines how to set up a “Team Admin” role in the QMC. The target is:

To enable a user to be the administrator for a team of users/selection of apps
The user should be able to see the relevant sections in the QMC
- Apps – including publishing, deleting and importing
- Viewing App Content
- Viewing and creating Tasks (but only for the above apps)
- View data connections
- View content libraries
The team admin needs to be able to see both apps published to set streams and any apps owned by a group of users
