Installation failed - Qlik Sense 3.2 SR4

Dear all,

I have problems when upgrading my Qlik Sense. If you can give some advice, that will be much appreciated. Thanks, Zac

The steps I did:

Remove the old version.

Delete relevant folders.

Restart PC.

Run as Admin, install to folders on the local computer.

I received an error message "installation failed", and a big log file about 45MB. Below is the first part:

Hi Zachary - Do you have anti-virus on the machine you are trying to install the Qlik software on? If yes, you will have to completely disable it before you can move ahead.

Thanks for your reply.

As the PC has other problems, I have it re-imaged, then I can install Qlik Sense by myself, without admin privilege or disabling antivirus software.

Anyway, it's fixed now, and your suggestion is much appreciated.
