QlikSense Enterprise Licence Update

Good afternoon to all,

i have a simple question about licence update in my QlikSense Server.

I have my licensed server with 20 token.

Yestarday i have bought 20 new token and today i have received the new serial and control numbers.

When i put the new serial and control numbers on the site license property page and click on "get lef and preview the license", qliksense show me only 20 token and not 40 (20+20).

Does total token number be update after i apply the new license ?

Exists a document that explain the total token refresh ?

Hi Michele,

it's supposed to show the final amount of tokens you bought additionally (40).

Try generating the lef again from here:

Manual LEF

if that doesn't help, contact the people that sold you the licences.

I've already tried to use Manual LEF but the result is the same.

I'll contact the vendor after that I'll update the post

Qlik update my original license and now i have 40 Tokens without make any change to the SiteLicense.
