SenseUI Bar chart D3 extension - How to change Dimension label colors using expression

Hi,

I was following below post to achieve the same but not sure how to change Dimension values color change based on some expression in D3 based extension-

Requirement is to show few Dimension values in green or red if the same record has other field set up as '1' or '2'.
