Best Practice in Header Authentication

Hello,

I'm using Header Authentication in Qlik Sense for the first time.

I configured a new virtual proxy to do this and tested this with PostMan and ModHeader and all seems to work fine. My problem is how to implement all in production environment.

I have a portal for certain users out of domain.
I thought to authenticate this user with Header Authentication to access a mashup page reachable via a link on the portal.

So when Users click the link I need something to call this mashup page with a custom header, some code behind to do a request with custom header.
I hope I was able to explain the target, Someone may help me with some example?
