Getting hep for Qlik Branch

Is there a help section for Qlik Branch or a help email address. There is no help contact listed on the site.

I uploaded an extension to the Garden a while ago. It's been approved, but doesn't show up when you search or page through the extensions.

I'd like to find out why not.
